Kathmandu. The Nepali Congress has decided to fly the flag at half-mast at the party's central office on November 3 and 4 in honor of the late former Speaker Damannath Dhungana. The decision was taken by the Congress Central Working Committee meeting held on Monday.

The meeting also decided to close the central office on November 4th and organize a mourning meeting at the center on the 13th day. Dhungana died at the age of 83 on Sunday during treatment at Front Line Hospital in the capital.
